Dad, Mom, Ashley and I left for the Hyde Family Reunion on Thursday, and got back a few hours ago. For starters we stayed at the University Marriott in Salt Lake. Very Fancy! Friday we met up with Eric, Hayley,Ava, and little Greta Mae! Which was the most exciting I finally got to meet my little niece! Greta Mae is super cute her and Ava stole my heart all weekend! We went to Discovery Gateway at the Gateway Mall, it was fun playing with the girls! After that we headed to Temple Square which was Amazing! We watched the Joseph Smith movie toured the Bee Hive house and got to go up to the 26th floor of the Church Office Building and gaze over the city! While doing all this Hayley was snapping away with her camera, so eventually I will steal those photo's from her to add to my Blog! On Saturday we went to Utah's Hogle Zoo which was pretty neat, the Albino Alligator was my FAV! And again Ava and little Mae occupied most of my attention! We went to Heritage Park after that for the Reunion. It was nice to see everyone (even though I am only remembered by a few). We took Ava on the small train they have there and toured Brigham Young's farmhouse, which is way neat! The night finished with a Bluegrass band playing for us. They were really good. And the best part was tearing up the Dance floor with Ava! So it was a pretty great weekend! The best part was being able to spend some time with Hayley and her girls! I hope to plan a weekend and fly down for some more bonding time with them, that is if they'll have me!
