Names & Rants

Is it to early to pick names? Because we have a few GREAT ideas!!
BOY- Named after his daddy and grandpa, David Russell Downs III (David Russell Downs Sr. GPA & David Russel Downs Jr. DADDY, and I've always thought it be a a little tribute to name the first son after his daddy).
Girl- Named after my baby sister who died soon after she was born, and we are foggy with the middle name, Justine Roxann Downs (after Gma Roxann) or Justine Ryliegh Downs (i've always loved ryliegh).

David and I both have middle names that start with R's so we thought it be neat to keep that R thing going!

My biggest pet peeves with these names are people wanting to call David- DAVEY, YUCK!!!! I can't stand that. Or calling Justine- Jess, but I love the names and that's probably whats going to come with it! Like Gma Hyde didn't want anyone to call Mom- Roxann- Rox, and DAD calls her that all the time...I'll just have to remind people of there names... or they can call David, little D and Justine, J or something other then Jess, wow I have put alot of thought into this. Now the hard part for me, waiting to see what the baby is!!

Anyways, I haven't known I have been pregnant for to long but it's intresting. So far my favorite things are David coming up out of the blue to pat my belly and say "hello" to the bean. By the way he said I couldn't call it a bean because someone might think I'm having a mexican child. I LOVE looking at the little ultra sound picture.

My least favorites, mostly are being sick, David has a heart murmur and I keep dreaming the baby is born with an exposed heart. Weird. This whole thing is going to be an experience of a lifetime. But I am getting more excited everyday.

An Eventful Weekend!

What a Weekend! Here is how it went down! My pictures are in Random Order!

Friday-
Sadie Bum got into town, it was so good to see her! We laughed alot and had fun drowning out the boys (the boys as in David and his brother Chad)music with my Ipod. We also went up to Reno to visit David's sister Amber and her two little ones Tabetha and Emma. They are super cute! So we played a little guitar hero and I loved on Emma and took pictures.

Saturday- Sadie went to town to spend time with old friends while David and I caught up on Laundry and cleaning. David also did some work for Mom which helps her out a ton! Then we just watched some movies until about 9 ish Saturday night when we then decided to have a bonfire and shoot stuff with the 22. So David and Chad with me watching and snacking on anything I can find haha, loaded up the pick up with a ton of wood. Then we went and picked up CoryMcKnight and Sadie at her friends and headed out to 26 foot drop and had a bonfire! It was soooo cold but the guys made the fire big, so Sadie and I stayed warm for the most part. We had my ipod playing through the truck speakers and the guys were pretty entertaining. We didn't shoot much just a few old cans that I found. And then we were burning the rest of the wood and the guys started to jump over the fire, because they are cool like that. I only got on decent picture of that and it was Chad flying over it. But we had a great time and lots of laughs. I'm pretty sure my little sister thinks my husbands insane!

Sunday- 9:00 am we went to church, and it was a really fun, can I say that? Sacrament meeting. It was little Jason's blessing and there was a Primary program with Gabe in it after. Jason's blessing was so nice, and so many people came! The Primary Program was so cute! The kids sang and talked about their feelings about the church! And well if you were there, Gabe was in his own world. He was waving to people giving thumbs up, and at one point laid on his back put his feet in the air and was leading the music with his legs! This is what I mean by FUN. After sacrament David and I were going to take some pictures, he's such a stud in his church clothes. But we pulled up to Mom and Dad's and there was horse manure burning, so he changed and was a fireman, and we didn't get any pictures! So we got inside and helped Mom prepare food and clean the kitchen. What and amazing cook she is!!

All in All we had a GREAT weekend!

Is anyone Looking for a new member of their family, or know of someone looking?? I have a little border collie lab mix for free! He's about 40-50lbs, and is house trained, good with other dogs, and kids. He's a good dog, I just think he needs someone who will play with him more then we do. His name is Charlie!

Autumn/Winter

I Love Love Love this time of year! It's so great when the crisp cold air takes my breath away. I like having so many blankets on my bed and being toasty at night! Not to mention my super cute clothes are all winter clothes! And Hot Chocalate is so AMAZING. Halloween will be different this year, but I am sure still fun, and I will still eat loads of candy I'm so excited for Thanksgiving Mom's Pumkin Rolls are so yummy! And I love eating all the turkey I want, and falling asleep in random places around the house! Oh and Christmas, I love eating at Shayes on Christmas Eve and watching all the kids get so excited about the gift exchange! And this year I get to spend part of Christmas with David's Family which will be exciting! I LOVE THIS TIME OF YEAR!!

I don't know if you know...but David does have a baby already a Beautiful Baby Girl we just got new pictures if her and here is one whereshe is smiling and another where she looks so much like him.
